Alpine Village Resort

Developed in the early 1980s as one of the first timeshare vacation resorts in the area, Alpine Village Resort retains that long-held feeling of close family friendship and familiarity among its owners and visitors. Several of our current owners are the original purchasers of vacation property at the resort, attesting to its enduring value and desirability as a home away from home.

A Board of Directors, elected by the ownership, is entrusted with resort operations and corporate responsibilities, aided by a friendly and capable staff of management and maintenance personnel.

In addition to our comfortable accommodations, the resort includes a heated swimming pool, open in season, with an adjacent sun deck. The spacious clubhouse is always open for a game of pool, playing cards and table games, reading a book from our library shelves as you sit by the dancing flames in the large stone fireplace, adding  a few pieces to our jigsaw puzzle, or simply as a spot to visit with friends.

Informal events are planned throughout the week to help you get acquainted with your fellow villagers, and to enjoy some simple recreational and social activities in a true mountain village setting.
