Alpine Village is a timeshare condominium resort. Ownership of an interval unit consists of owning one specific condominium for one specific week every year, in perpetuity. Weeks begin on Saturdays at 4 p.m. and end on Saturdays at 10 a.m.

One Bedroom/One Bath: King size bed with a private bath; sleeper sofa
in living room. Galley kitchen includes full-size refrigerator, range,
oven, microwave, and is fully furnished. Washer/dryer available for your
use in the Clubhouse. Units face pool and tennis court. The rear deck
overlooks woods thickly populated with laurel and rhododendron. Four person
maximum occupancy. Cable TV, phone, linens, fireplace and outside deck.
Gas grills are on the front porch.

Two Bedroom/Two Bath: Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath
with jacuzzi. Guest bedroom has twin beds and private bath in upstairs
suite. Livingroom and dining area, full kitchen, dishwasher,
washer/dryer, fireplace, and private balcony overlooking the mountains
and the South Toe River valley. Six persons maximum occupancy. Cable
TV, linens, fireplace and outside deck. Gas grills on porch.
